- R E S U E L V E :
- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el juez
- Cuarto. Penal Municipal de Neiva (Huila) al resolver sobre la acción de tutela instaurada por LUZ MARINA MOTTA DE MANRIQUE contra el Gobernador del mismo Departamento.
- SEGUNDO. Líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991 para los fines allí contemplados, en el sentido de que se ordene al Gobernador del Huila la posesión de LUZ MARINA MOTTA DE MANRIQUE como Contralor Departamental durante el periodo 1992-1994, para el cual fue elegida.
