Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el 31 de agosto de 2006, por el Juzgado
Cuarto. Civil Municipal de Pereira, que denego el amparo solicitado por el senor Edilberto Murillo Gallego, cuyo derecho fundamental al minimo vital se TUTELA.
En consecuencia, ORDENASE al Gerente de Saludcoop EPS, Regional Risaralda, o quien haga sus veces y si no se ha realizado, que acometa los tramites necesarios para que en el termino maximo de 10 dias habiles siguientes a la notificacion de esta sentencia, pague la licencia de incapacidad cuyo cubrimiento ha reclamado el senor Edilberto Murillo Gallego en esta accion de tutela.
Segundo. Por Secretaria General, LIBRESE la comunicacion a que se refiere el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
