- SEGUNDO. CONCEDER la tutela del derecho de petición de la señora Lucila Moreno Virgues, ordenando a la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social dar respuesta a la actora en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la comunicación de esta providencia.
