- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Doce Laboral del Circuito de Bogotá, el 06 de Febrero de 2003. En su lugar, TUTELAR el derecho fundamental de petición de la señora Arlinda Eloisa Gómez Redondo.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR a la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social, con sede en Bogotá, que dentro del término perentorio de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas a partir de la notificación de esta providencia, resuelva, si aún no lo ha hecho, el derecho de petición, interpuesto por la señora Arlinda Eloisa Gómez Redondo respecto de la Resolución No. 001220 de febrero 01 de 2001.
- TERCERO. LÍBRESE por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
