- Primero. CONFIRMAR las sentencias proferidas por el Juzgado Quince Civil del Circuito de Bogotá y la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogotá, el 20 de mayo y el 1 de julio de 2003, mediante las cuales no se accedió al amparo constitucional solicitado en la acción de tutela de la referencia.
