  1. en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion,
  2. R E S U E L V E :
  3. PRIMERO. REVOCAR la Sentencia proferida por el Juzgado 6deg Laboral del Circuito de Santafe de Bogota D.C., por las razones expuestas en esta sentencia.
  4. SEGUNDO. CONCEDER la tutela del derecho de peticion de la senora Maria Herlinda Munoz ordenando a la Caja Nacional de Prevision Social que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la presentacion de la documentacion necesaria para el estudio de la solicitud de pension gracia, de respuesta a la actora.
  5. TERCERO. COMUNICAR a traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional el contenido de la sentencia al Juzgado 6deg Laboral del Circuito de Santafe de Bogota D.C. y a la peticionaria de la presente tutela.
