Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el 27 de noviembre de 2000, por el Juzgado Unico Laboral del Circuito de El Banco (Magdalena). En su lugar, TUTELAR el derecho fundamental de peticion de la senora Fidelina Ospino de Young.
Segundo. ORDENAR al Instituto de Seguros Sociales, para que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificacion de esta sentencia, si aun no lo hubiere hecho, de respuesta a la senora Ospino de Young, en uno u otro sentido, es decir, resolviendo favorable o desfavorablemente las pretensiones expuestas por ella dentro del recurso de reposicion interpuesto.
Tercero. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
