- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida el 14 de mayo de 2001 por el Juzgado
- Tercero. Laboral del Circuito de Barranquilla en cuanto no accedio a la suspension y/o revocatoria del acto administrativo recurrido y al reconocimiento de la pension de sobreviviente. Asi mismo, tutelar el derecho fundamental de peticion de la senora Victoria Eugenia Torrenegra de Torreenegra.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Instituto de Seguros Sociales - Seccional Atlantico -, para que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificacion de esta Sentencia, si aun no lo hubiere hecho, proceda a dar respuesta a la senora Victoria Eugenia Torrenegra de Torrenegra, en uno u otro sentido, es decir, resolviendo favorable o desfavorablemente las pretensiones expuestas por ella dentro del recurso de reposicion y en subsidio el de apelacion interpuesto.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria librese la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
