PRIMERO. REVOCAR en todas sus partes el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
Sexto. Laboral del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá el quince (15) de junio de mil novecientos noventa y cinco (1995) dentro de la acción de tutela de la referencia.
SEGUNDO. CONCEDER la tutela solicitada, en consecuencia, se ordena al Director de la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social que, si todavía no lo ha hecho, resuelva u ordene a quien corresponda resolver, en el improrrogable término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificación de esta sentencia, la petición de reliquidación de pensión de jubilación, presentada, ante esa entidad, por Elena Josefina López de Muskus.
TERCERO. LIBRESE la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
