Corte Suprema de Justicia, en consecuencia confirmar la decision adoptada por la Sala Civil de la Corte Suprema de Justicia el 13 de septiembre del mismo ano, para decidir la accion de tutela instaurada por el Banco Popular S.A. contra la Sala Civil Familia Laboral del H.
