- Primero. REVOCAR parcialmente la sentencia del H. Consejo de Estado de fecha 2 de junio del 2000 que negó la acción de tutela interpuesta por el actor Darío Humberto Trejos Calvo.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Departamento de Caldas, a la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social y al Ministerio del Transporte que en el término de 48 horas contadas a partir de la notificación de esta providencia, pongan a disposición del Instituto de los Seguros Sociales, Seccional San Caldas, el dinero correspondiente al bono pensional necesario para que se surta el trámite y reconocimiento de la pensión de jubilación adelantada por el actor ante dicha entidad.
- Tercero. ORDENAR al ISS, Caldas para que una vez recibido el valor del bono pensional por parte de las entidades referidas en le numeral anterior, reinicie el trámite y estudio para al reconocimiento y pago de la pensión de jubilación del peticionario.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaría General, líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
