- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por la Sala de Decisión Civil del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Medellin. En su lugar, TUTELAR los derechos fundamentales a la vida y al mínimo vital del accionante Dario Restrepo Arango.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR al Politécnico Colombiano "Jaime Isaza Cadavid" que, a más tardar dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, proceda a remitir el bono pensional al Seguro Social.
- TERCERO. PREVENIR a la entidad demandada para que se apreste a cumplir lo señalado en este fallo, so pena de incurrir en desacato, y para que en lo sucesivo no repita la omisión que dio origen a la presente acción.
- CUARTO. ORDENAR que por Secretaría General se libren las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí previstos.
