Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Cuarenta y Siete Civil Municipal de Bogotá. En su lugar, TUTELAR los derechos fundamentales a la vida y al mínimo vital del accionante ANCISAR OSORIO AGUIRRE.
Segundo. ORDENAR al Instituto de Seguros Sociales que a más tardar dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, solicite efectivamente el bono pensional a las entidades departamentales del Tolima comprometidas en ello, y una vez lo reciba, proceda en el término de treinta días a expedir el acto administrativo que decida de fondo sobre el reconocimiento de la pensión de jubilación del accionante.
Tercero. PREVENIR una vez más a la entidad demandada para que se apreste a cumplir lo señalado en este fallo, so pena de incurrir en desacato, y para que en lo sucesivo no repita la omisión que dio origen a la presente acción.
Cuarto. ORDENAR que por Secretaría General se libren las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí previstos.
