- PRIMERO. REVOCAR los fallos materia de revision y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela por las razones expuestas en la presente sentencia y ORDENAR que, si ya existiere peticion expresa del Seguro Social a la Tesoreria del Departamento de Antioquia sobre emision y expedicion del bono pensional de LIGIA DEL SOCORRO RESTREPO DE VALENCIA, se proceda a emitirlo y expedirlo en el termino de cuarenta y ocho horas a partir de la notificacion del presente fallo.
- SEGUNDO. Por Secretaria librense las comunicaciones previstas en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
