PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR las sentencias proferidas por la Sala de Decisión Civil del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogotá, el 31 de mayo de 2000 y la Sala de Casación Civil de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, el 17 de julio de 2000.
SEGUNDO. PREVENIR al Seguro Social, para que inicie las acciones de cobro tendientes a recuperar los recursos parafiscales que se ha hecho referencia en esta sentencia.
TERCERO. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
