- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Cartagena, el 9 de diciembre de 1999, dentro de la acción de tutela de la referencia y, en su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela del derecho de petición de la actora. En consecuencia, ORDENAR al Director de la Seccional Bolivar del Seguro Social, o a quien corresponda, que dé cumplimiento a la emisión y expedición del bono, y en un término que no podrá exceder de treinta (30) días hábiles contados a partir de la comunicación del presente fallo, resuelva de fondo la petición de la accionante.
- Segundo. LÍBRESE por Secretaría la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
