- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Administrativo de Pereira. En consecuencia, confirmar el fallo del Juzgado
- Tercero. Civil del Circuito de Pereira, en donde se concedió la tutela interpuesta por el señor Arturo Adolfo Carvajal Castro.
- Segundo. PREVENIR a las entidades aquí demandadas para que eviten en el futuro incurrir en retardos injustificados en el reconocimiento de las pensiones, y evitar así el agravio constante a los futuros pensionados por el mismo sentido.
- Por Secretaria, líbrese la comunicación prevista por el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
