Primero. REVOCASE la Sentencia proferida por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Cali, el trece (13) de octubre de mil novecientos noventa y nueve (1999) que denegó el amparo solicitado.
Segundo. CONFIRMASE la Sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
Décimo. Laboral del Circuito de Cali mediante sentencia del diecisiete (17) de septiembre de mil novecientos noventa y nueve (1999), que concedió la tutela del derecho a la igualdad en materia laboral a los accionantes.
Tercero. Por Secretaría General, líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
