- Primero. REVOCASE el fallo proferido por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito de Medellin, Sala Civil, dentro del proceso de tutela instaurado por Monica Jackelin Usuaga Ortiz en representacion de sus menores hijos, y en su lugar CONCEDESE la proteccion de los derechos fundamentales a la vida, salud, ninos y medio ambiente de la actora y de sus menores hijos.
- Segundo. ORDENASE a las autoridades de Policia de Medellin que realicen en compania de los interesados, una inspeccion de la actividad desarrollada en el Deposito de Madera Abedul, con el fin de que desde una perspectiva ambiental, se adopten las medidas necesarias para lograr la solucion definitiva al ruido ocasionado por la maquinaria y a la produccion de desechos de madera que esta arroja. Igualmente, que se adopten las medidas necesarias para hacer respetar los conceptos emitidos por Planeacion Municipal.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria General, LIBRENSE las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
