- Primero. CONFIRMAR, pero por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia, la sentencia proferida por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial de Tunja, que denegó la tutela interpuesta por CAMPO ELIAS HIGUERA SOSA fallo que a su vez confirmó la Sala de Casación Penal de la H. Corte Suprema de Justicia.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Instituto de los Seguros Sociales -ISS del municipio de Belencito ISS-Belencito brindar atención sicológica y terapéutica de apoyo a los esposos CAMPO ELIAS HIGUERA SOSA y BLANCA MARIA GARCIA DE SOSA para tratar su condición depresiva, así como asegurarles la atención médica y el suministro de las medicinas que requieran.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría General, líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
