CONFIRMAR, por las razones anotadas, los fallos proferidos por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bucaramanga de fecha 27 de marzo de 2000 y la Sala de Casacion Laboral de la Corte Suprema de Justicia del 18 de mayo de 2000, mediante los cuales se nego la tutela solicitada por el senor Braulio Triana Silva contra del Presidente de la Republica, el Ministro de Justicia y del Derecho, el Ministro de Hacienda y Credito Publico y el Director del Departamento Administrativo de la Funcion Publica.
