- en nombre del Pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. Confirmar la sentencia de la H. Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala Penal, de fecha nueve (9) de marzo de mil novecientos noventa y cuatro (1994), en virtud de la cual, a su vez se confirma la sentencia proferida por el H. Tribunal de Cundinamarca, Sala Penal, de febrero tres (3) de mil novecientos noventa y cuatro (1994), que resolvió denegar la acción de tutela instaurada por Manuel Fernando Riveros Sánchez.
- Segundo. Comunicar la presente providencia al Tribunal Superior, Distrito Judicial de Cundinamarca, Sala Penal, para los efectos del artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
