- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia objeto de revision y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela por las razones expuestas en este fallo y ORDENAR al INPEC que en el termino de 48 horas se inicien las diligencias necesarias para ubicar a Samuel Rodriguez Cuellar en el programa del SISBEN y se colabore en todos los pasos requeridos para lograr la respectiva atencion medica mediante dicho sistema.
- SEGUNDO. Por Secretaria librense las comunicaciones previstas en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
