- Primero. Revocar el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Primero. de Familia de Cartagena de Indias, el cinco (17) de mayo del año dos mil uno (2001), dentro del proceso de la referencia.
- Segundo. Tutelar el derecho a la vida, la salud y la seguridad social de Walter Sánchez Sánchez y ordenar, en consecuencia, a Humana Vivir E.P.S. que se le siga brindando el tratamiento que se le venía adelantando para atender la leucemia crónica que padece.
- Tercero. Ordenar a la E.P.S. Humana Vivir, no negarse a recibir el monto correspondiente a los aportes de la afiliación de Walter Sánchez Sánchez, sin importar si los hace él mismo, sus acudientes o su empleador.
- Cuarto. Librar, por medio de la Secretaría General, las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
