- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR el fallo de 20 de septiembre de 1993 proferido por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Anapoima, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia.
- SEGUNDO. SOLICITAR al Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar que por medio del Defensor de Familia competente proceda a declarar la situación de peligro en que se encuentra la menor con el fin de brindarle la protección debida, de conformidad con el artículo 36 del Decreto 2737 de 1989. De las gestiones que adelante el Instituto se servirá INFORMAR al Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Anapoima y a esta Corte.
- TERCERO. PREVENIR al señor José Joaquín Reyes para que no vuelva a incurrir en los hechos violentos que motivaron la acción de tutela en su contra, so pena de ser sancionado de conformidad con el artículo 52 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
