- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR el fallo de fecha 19 de agosto de 1993 proferido por la Honorable Corte Suprema de Justicia, pero por las razones expuestas en esta providencia.
- SEGUNDO. ENVIAR COPIA de ésta providencia al Director Nacional del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar (I.C.B.F.), y al Director del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar-Regional Meta para lo de su competencia.
- TERCERO. SOLICITAR a los funcionarios mencionados en el anterior numeral, informen a esta Corte, dentro de un plazo de cuarenta y cinco (45) días, sobre las acciones que se tomen para el efectivo cumplimiento de los derechos de los menores, objeto de la presente revisión.
