Primero. CONFIRMAR, pero por las razones expuestas en esta providencia, las sentencias de tutela proferidas por el Juzgado
Tercero. Civil del Circuito y la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior del Distrito de Medellín que, en primera y segunda instancia respectivamente, negaron el amparo deprecado.
Segundo. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1.991.
