- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia de tutela proferida por el Juzgado
- Tercero. Laboral del Circuito de Santafe de Bogota, el dia 22 de julio de 1999, en cuanto amparo el derecho de peticion y adicionarla en el sentido de CONCEDER al senor Carlos Arturo Angulo Murillo, la tutela del derecho a la salud.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Direccion de Sanidad del Ejercito Nacional que en forma inmediata proceda a prestarle los servicios medicos, quirurgicos, hospitalarios y farmaceuticos que requiera Carlos Arturo Angulo Murillo para la rehabilitacion de las lesiones que sufrio con causa y razon de la prestacion del servicio militar, mediante los centros de prestacion de servicios a su cargo.
- Tercero. ORDENAR a la Direccion de Sanidad del Ejercito Nacional que en el termino de un (1) mes, contados a partir de la notificacion de la presente providencia, proceda a convocar el Tribunal Medico - Laboral de Revision Militar y de Policia, solicitado por el accionante el 18 de mayo de 1998.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaria librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
