- Primero. Revocar el fallo proferido por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Bogota el 14 de mayo de 2002, dentro del proceso de tutela iniciado por Beatriz Elena Mendieta Platero en representacion de su hijo Edwin German Hernandez Mendieta, contra la Direccion de Sanidad del Ejercito Nacional, y en su lugar conceder la proteccion del derecho al debido proceso.
- Segundo. Ordenar a la Direccion de Sanidad del Ejercito Nacional que dentro de las 48 horas siguientes a la notificacion del presente fallo, se continuen prestando los servicios de salud requeridos por Edwin German Hernandez Mendieta para superar su grave afeccion mental.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
