- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el 16 de Junio de 2003 por el Juzgado
- Quinto. Penal Municipal de Manizales y, en su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela de los derechos fundamentales a la maternidad y al mínimo vital de la señora SANDRA TERESA ARIAS CORREA y a la protección del recién nacido.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a Salud Total E.P.S., Seccional Manizales, que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, proceda a pagar a la accionante el valor de la licencia de maternidad que le corresponde.
- Tercero. DÉSE cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
