- Primero. Confirmar la sentencia proferida el 20 de febrero de 2001 por la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Bogota y la sentencia proferida el 21 de marzo de 2001 por la Sala de Casacion Civil de la Corte Suprema de Justicia. En consecuencia, DENEGAR la accion de tutela instaurada por Guido Miguel Mendoza Montes contra la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Bogota.
- Segundo. Revocar la sentencia proferida el 21 de febrero de 2001 por la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura de Monteria y confirmar la sentencia proferida el 13 de abril de 2001 por la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura. En consecuencia, DENEGAR la accion de tutela interpuesta por Elias Jattin Jattin contra el Tribunal Administrativo de Cordoba.
- Tercero. Confirmar la sentencia proferida el 20 de febrero de 2001 por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior de Bogota y la sentencia proferida el 27 de marzo de 2001 por la Sala de Casacion Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia. En consecuencia, DENEGAR la accion de tutela interpuesta por Nubia Isabel Blanco Becerra contra la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaria, LIBRESE la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los fines alli contemplados.
