- Octavo. Laboral de Santafe de Bogota , (9 de septiembre de 1994) y Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafe de Bogota (3 de octubre de 1994) dentro de la accion de tutela instaurada por Cesar Augusto Lozada Latorre, pero, por las razones expuestas en el presente fallo.

- Tercero. Laboral del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafe de Bogota (7 de octubre de 1994) dentro de la accion de tutela instaurada por Jose Ignacio Contreras Ballen, pero por las razones expuestas en el presente falllo.
