PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por la Sala de Casacion Civil de la Corte Suprema de Justicia del treinta (30) de junio del ano en curso, por medio de la cual confirmo la sentencia pronunciada por la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial de Cali del diez y seis (16) de marzo del presente ano.
SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que por la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion, se comunique esta providencia a la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial de Cali Valle, en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
