- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR el fallo de fecha 29 de agosto de 1995, proferido por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Hispania, mediante el cual se denego por improcedente, la accion de tutela interpuesta por Hector Alonso Alvarez Velez contra la rectora del IDEM de Hispania Nelly Echeverry Echeverry y los profesores Diego Perez, Benjamin Castaneda y Miriam Restrepo, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia..
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que por la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion, se comunique esta providencia al Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Hispania, en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
