- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Penal Municipal de Villavicencio, mediante la cual se denego la solicitud de tutela instaurada por el senor Pedro Orlando Ubaque, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el articulo 38 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
- SEGUNDO. A traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional ENVIAR copia de esta sentencia al Director del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario -INPEC-, para que a su vez comunique el contenido de la providencia a los Asesores Juridicos de las diferentes carceles del pais.
- TERCERO. A traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional ENVIAR copia de esta sentencia al Juzgado
- Segundo. Penal Municipal de Villavicencio, al Defensor del Pueblo y al peticionario de la tutela en el Pabellon de Sanidad de la Carcel Nacional Modelo de Santa Fe de Bogota.
