- DECLARAR INEXEQUIBLE la parte demandada del artículo 374 del Decreto-ley 2550 de 1988 (Código Penal Militar), que dice "Artículo 374. Quien puede ser defensor. En los procesos penales militares el cargo de defensor puede ser desempeñado por un abogado en ejercicio o por un oficial de las Fuerzas Militares o de la Policía Nacional en servicio activo."
