QUIEN PUEDE SER DEFENSOR. En los procesos penales militares el cargo de defensor puede ser desempeñado por un abogado en ejercicio o por un oficial de las Fuerzas Militares o de la Policía Nacional en servicio activo. Los oficiales sólo podrán actuar en los recursos de casación y revisión cuando sean abogados en ejercicio.
