  1. Primero. En relación con la expresión "Las medidas cautelares se cumplirán inmediatamente, antes de la notificación a la parte contraria del auto que las decrete", contenida en el artículo 327 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, tal y como fue modificado por el artículo 1º del decreto 2282 de 1989, ESTARSE A LO RESUELTO EN LA SENTENCIA C-925 de 1999, MP Vladimiro Naranjo Mesa, que declaró exequible la totalidad del artículo 327 del Código de Procedimiento Civil.
  2. Segundo. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la expresión "Simultáneamente con el mandamiento ejecutivo, el juez decretará, si fueren procedentes, los embargos y secuestros de los bienes que el ejecutante denuncie como de propiedad del ejecutado" contenida en el inciso
  3. quinto. del artículo 513 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, tal y como fue modificado por el artículo 1º del decreto 2282 de 1989.
