- R E S U E L V E :
- Declarar INEXEQUIBLE la expresión "y al cónyuge de las empleadas del Ministerio de Defensa y de la Policía Nacional", contenida en el parágrafo 1o. del artículo 81 del Decreto 1214 de 1990, por los motivos expuestos en la parte motiva de esta providencia y teniendo en cuenta las precisiones que se hacen en la misma.
