- Declarar EXEQUIBLE, en punto a la acusacion formulada, la expresion "a solicitud del procurador, su delegado o el defensor, cuando lo considere necesario para el desarrollo de la jurisprudencia o la garantia de los derechos fundamentales", contenida en el tercer inciso del articulo 35 de la Ley 81 de 1993, que modifico el articulo 218 del Codigo de Procedimiento Penal.
