- Declarar EXEQUIBLES el Acuerdo de Cooperación para la prevención, control y represión del lavado de activos derivado de cualquier actividad ilícita entre el Gobierno de la República de Colombia y el Gobierno de la República del Paraguay ", suscrito en Santafé de Bogotá, el treinta y uno (31) de julio de 1997, así como la ley 517 de 1999, por medio de la cual se aprueba dicho Acuerdo.
