- En merito de lo expuesto, la Corte Constitucional, Sala Plena,
- R E S U E L V E
- PRIMERO. Declarar constitucionales el encabezamiento del articulo 18 y su numeral 6o y los articulos 20, 24, 27, 28, 183, inciso 2o, 306, 307, 316, 317, 318, 319 y 4o transitorio de la Ley 5a de 1992, y esta, en su integridad, por no violar el articulo 14 transitorio de la Constitucion Politica.
- SEGUNDO. Declarar inconstitucional el articulo 146, el adverbio "solo" contenido en el articulo 266, el paragrafo del articulo 267, el inciso 2o del articulo 273 y el 5o transitorio de la Ley 5a de 1992.
- TERCERO. Declarar constitucional la Ley 6a de 1992 por los motivos expresados en esta sentencia.
- CUARTO. Declararse inhibida respecto de los articulos 1o, 2o, 3o transitorios y 393 de la Ley 5a de 1992 por falta de concepto de violacion.
