- Declarar EXEQUIBLES el "Acuerdo de Cooperacion para la prevencion, control y represion del lavado de activos derivado de cualquier actividad ilicita entre el Gobierno de la Republica de Colombia y el Gobierno de la Republica Dominicana", suscrito en Santo Domingo, el veintisiete (27) de junio de 1998, asi como la Ley 674 de 2001, por medio de la cual se aprueba dicho Acuerdo.
