- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion,
- R E S U E L V E :
- 1. Declarar EXEQUIBLES las partes demandadas de los articulos 5o., 12, 23 de la Ley 182 de 1995, bajo el entendido de que la coordinacion a que se refieren dichos preceptos es solo de caracter tecnico.
- 2. Declara INEXEQUIBLE la expresion "condiciones a las cuales se les debe conceder el 70% al registro de empresas concesionarias", contenida en el literal n) del articulo 48 de la ley 182 de 1995.
