- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion,
- R E S U E L V E
- PRIMERO. Declarar PARCIALMENTE INEXEQUIBLE el Proyecto de ley No. 118/99 Camara y 236/2000 Senado "Por la cual se modifica el inciso 3deg del articulo 57 de la Ley 30 de 1992", en cuanto que la inclusion de la expresion "su propia seguridad social en salud" desborda el marco de competencia reconocido al legislador por los articulos 48, 49 y 150-23 de la Constitucion Politica.
- SEGUNDO. De conformidad con lo ordenado por los articulos 167 de la Constitucion Politica y 33 del Decreto 2067 de 1991, por intermedio de la Secretaria General remitase copia del expediente legislativo y de esta Sentencia a la Camara de origen para que, oido el ministro del ramo, se rehaga e integre la disposicion afectada en los terminos que sean concordantes con el dictamen de la Corte Constitucional. Una vez cumplido este tramite, el Congreso remitira a la Corte el proyecto para fallo definitivo.
