- Primero. Declarar EXEQUIBLES las expresiones "Modificar la estructura de la Fiscalía General de la Nación; modificar el régimen de funciones y competencias internas", contenidas en el numeral 3 del artículo 1 de la Ley 573 de 2000.
- Segundo. Declarar EXEQUIBLES, en los términos de esta Sentencia, las expresiones acusadas de los artículos 30 y 31 del Decreto 261 del 22 de febrero de 2000.
- Tercero. Declarar INEXEQUIBLES las palabras "y consultas", contenidas en el numeral 4 del artículo 32 del Decreto 261 del 22 de febrero de 2000.
