- Declaranse EXEQUIBLES las partes acusadas de los articulos 48, 49, 51, 91, 189, 389 y 390 del Decreto 624 de 1989 (Estatuto Tributario), 2 del Decreto 1321 de 1989 y 140 de la Ley 6a de 1992.
