- PRIMERO. En relacion con el numeral 2o y las expresiones "los contralores departamentales, distritales y municipales" del literal b) numeral 3o del art. 11 de la Ley 80 de 1993, estese a lo resuelto en la sentencia C-374/94.
- SEGUNDO. Declarar EXEQUIBLES las siguientes normas de la ley 80 de 1993:
- a) La expresion "y quienes hayan sido sancionados disciplinariamente con destitucion" del literal d) del numeral 1o del art. 8.
- b) El literal b) del numeral 3o del art. 11, salvo la expresion "los contralores departamentales, distritales y municipales", que fue declarada inexequible en la sentencia C-374/94.
- c) El literal c) del numeral 3o del art. 11.
- d) El numeral 2o y la expresion "En caso de declaratoria de responsabilidad civil o penal y sin perjuicio de las sanciones disciplinarias, los servidores publicos quedaran, inhabilitados para ejercer cargos publicos y para proponer y celebrar contratos con las entidades estatales por diez (10) anos contados a partir de la fecha de ejecutoria de la respectiva sentencia" del numeral 3o del art. 58.
