- RESUELVE :
- Declarar EXEQUIBLES las expresiones acusadas del artículo 2 de la Ley 4 de 1976: "ni superiores a 22 veces este mismo salario" y el artículo 2 de la Ley 71 de 1988: "ni exceder de quince veces dicho salario, salvo lo previsto en convenciones colectivas, pactos colectivos y laudos arbitrales", así como el "Parágrafo. El límite máximo de las pensiones sólo será aplicable a las que se causen a partir de la vigencia de esta ley".
