- Primero. ESTARSE A LO RESUELTO en la sentencia C-509 de 1997, a través de la cual se declararon exequibles las expresiones "distrital o municipal", contenidas en el literal c) del artículo 6º de la Ley 330 de 1996.
- Segundo. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el resto del literal c) del artículo 6º de la Ley 330 de 1996, esto es, las expresiones "Durante el último año haya ocupado cargo público del orden departamental (...), salvo la docencia", en los términos de esta sentencia.
